Physical Security Specialist, Senior

Critical decisions are made every single day in our client site. What if you could use your physical security skills to help them make informed decisions? As a physical security specialist, you use your specialized security skillset to evaluate and assess security risks at your location. 

Are you searching for a position where you can use your physical security skills to make a difference? An effective security program requires significant oversight to ensure that all program requirements are met. With that level of sensitivity and complexity, you need skilled personnel examining how work activities are compliant and keeping the program on the path to success. That’s why we need you, a physical security specialist who can ensure success through careful security inspection and oversight of the program. You’ll maintain overall oversight of the physical security program, acquiring resources, cost estimates, invoices, and finalization of projects according to security doctrine.

You Have:

-5+ years of experience in the DoD physical security field

-5+ years of experience with physical security for sensitive compartmented information facilities (SCIFs) and control access areas (CAA)

-Knowledge of physical security and physical security assessments for SCIFs, collateral spaces, and Open Storage Areas (OSAs)

-Knowledge of Defense Information System for Security (DISS)

-Knowledge of Access Control System (ACS) and Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS)

-TS/SCI clearance

-HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

-Physical Security Professional Certification (PSP)

-Locksmith Certification 

-Completion of a DoD Security Manager Course

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
