Tilt-Rotor and Rotary-Wing Operations Analyst, Mid

The Challenge:

The right technical expertise can be the key to a successful aviation program. It takes a skilled aviation operations analyst to guide our military clients through operational and exercise planning life cycles. That’s why we need you, a passionate Tilt Rotor and Rotary Wing planning expert who can ensure our client’s aviation wing program achieves its goals.

As an analyst on our team, you’ll work with our clients to contribute to the plans, theater security cooperation, and exercise support for the military theater. Using proven methodologies, you will help analyze the tilt rotor and rotary wing training and exercise employment program, future operations readiness and training, while helping to support overall readiness practices and standards. You will be a key part of assessing our current and future ability to attain targeted fiscal goals to provide resources to the command. This is your opportunity to lend your strength to the overall exercise life cycle for both Joint and other-directed exercises in the region. You will use your ability to assess validation of Time-Phased Force Deployment Data to ensure adequate and realistic force closure. As a member of our team, you will plan reviews, provide periodic updates on exercise budget status for operations, and provide research for technical analysis of emerging tasks, requirements, current processes, gaps, and vulnerabilities associated with training, sustaining, and generating a ready force.
