Key Role:
Lead and drive sourcing for new opportunities across the Firm’s Department of Defense and National Security accounts to develop and curate a qualified pipeline and drive execution of the Firm’s top priority Cyber opportunities. Develop bid recommendations based upon a thorough analysis of the Firm’s competitive position, our cyber capabilities, analysis of market drivers, and likely acquisition strategy in collaboration with key stakeholders. Develop and execute a winning capture strategy, including developing client relationships, defining the client’s objectives, challenges and constraints, shaping the acquisition strategy through direct client interface, white papers, requests for information, and media in coordination with internal resources. Collaborate closely with the Firm’s Cyber and Engineering Functional Service Officer Group and Cyber market teams to assist with development and integration of intellectual capital, technical, management, past performance, and pricing solutions, while maintaining leadership’s situational awareness through executive briefings. Establish relationships with key clients and stakeholders and be comfortable supporting client meetings and events.
Basic Qualifications:
3+ years of experience with managing complex business development efforts over $100M in sales value within federal government accounts, including the DoD and Intelligence Community
Experience with developing Cyber solutions for federal government accounts
Experience with successful execution of all phases of a large, multi-year capture effort, including strategic planning, shaping, teaming, proposals, and competitive analyses
Experience with developing and maintaining effective internal and external business relationships with clients and partners
Experience with the business development life cycle and solution selling methodologies
Ability to communicate multi-step and interdependent activities effectively to capture teams and ensure efficient execution of capture efforts
Top Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with business development and capture in the federal market
Experience with leveraging the use of internal and external experts
Ability to form relationships with large and small businesses in the federal and commercial Cyber market, including teaming contacts
Ability to form partnerships with industry and academia
Ability to provide technical expertise on Cyber capability development to fulfill client requirements and advance Booz Allen’s cyber solutions and cyber brand
TS/SCI clearance preferred
