Executive Development Learning Manager, Lead

Key Role:

Design, develop, implement, and support the firm’s executive development programs and interactive e-learning experiences, and facilitate in-person and virtual executive programs and executive events. Assess executive development needs and improve content and processes to ensure programs remain relevant and impactful. Manage design and operational aspects of various executives’ programs, including budget forecasting and tracking for multiple curriculums, program risk management, communication, diagnostics, and vendor management. Maintain, track, and report on goals, progress, and program metrics. Manage internal and external senior stakeholders, including relationship building and communication. Collaborate across teams and levels with leaders, stakeholders, internal clients, and colleagues to execute programs. Demonstrate ability to deliver against the entire suite of executive offerings and ensure the services offered align to learner and business needs and adhere to the highest standards of quality, as needed. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Basic Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience with supporting aspects of effective leadership development programs

  • Experience in program management with increasing levels of responsibility, leadership, and successful outcomes

  • Experience in relationship management with a demonstrated success in managing stakeholder relationships

  • Knowledge of business operations and budget management​

  • Knowledge of the design, development, delivery/facilitation and evaluation of Leadership Development programs and experiences

  • Knowledge of new and existing learning delivery methods, including ILT, vILT, online learning, webcasts, mobile, social, video, microlearning or authoring tools​

  • BA or BS degree

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and thrive in a complex environment with multiple priorities

  • Ability to lead small and matrixed teams and work through others

  • Possession of excellent interpersonal skills

  • Possession of excellent judgment and leadership skills

  • Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills and communicating effectively to influence decisions

  • MA or MBA or MS degree in Adult Learning, Organizational Development, or Human Behavior
