Office 365 and Microsoft Teams Engineer

As a Cloud architect, you know how to build a Cloud-based technical architecture that meets customer needs and takes advantage of Cloud capabilities. What if you could use your Cloud architecture skills to improve warfighter communications? We need you to help us develop Cloud-based solutions to solve some of industry's toughest challenges.

As a Cloud Architect and Microsoft Teams Expert on our team, you'll configure, deploy, and manage Office 365 workloads for Microsoft Teams in a mission-critical collaboration and communication enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will be able to plan, deploy, and manage Teams chat, apps, channels, meetings, audio conferences, live events, and calls and has a strong IP telephony background, including an understanding of SIP, RTP, and legacy Skype for Business and Lync Architectures. You'll recommend tools and capabilities based on your research of the current environment and knowledge of various on-premises, Cloud-based, and hybrid resources. Your technical expertise will be vital as you work to ensure standards are met throughout the Cloud migration process. This is an opportunity to use the latest Cloud technologies to improve our customer's environment.

You Have:

-Experience with planning and configuring network settings for Microsoft Teams and configuring and managing guest access

-Experience with managing security and compliance, including assigning Microsoft Teams Admin roles, retention, and sensitivity policies and creating alerts for Microsoft Teams

-Experience with monitoring and analyzing service usage, including interpreting Microsoft Teams usage and security reports

-Experience with optimizing call quality by using Call Analytics

-Experience with analyzing organization-wide call quality by using the Call Quality Dashboard

-Experience with using Power BI to identify call quality issues

-Experience with managing chat and collaboration, including configuring messaging policies, external access, channels for a team, private channel creation policies, e-mail integration, and external access

-Knowledge of SPO and ODfB

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree

Nice If You Have:

-Experience with implementing governance and life cycle management for Microsoft Teams

-Experience with managing Microsoft Teams Direct routing and Calling Plans

-Knowledge of how to upgrade from Skype for Business to Microsoft Teams

-Knowledge of how to deploy and manage Microsoft Teams endpoints

-Knowledge of Electron, AngularJS, ReactJS, JQuery, Lodash, NodeJS, SASS, or TypeScript developer frameworks

-Active Secret clearance

-Microsoft 365 Teams Administrator Associate Certification
