Quality Business Manager, Lead

Key Role:
Contribute as a key member of the Corporate Quality Office overseeing the entire quality program for the firm, including applicable certifications and ratings, including ISO 9001 and capability maturity model integration (CMMI) as well as firmwide quality service offerings in all locations. Contribute to achieving the overall goals of the program by assisting with changing mindsets and behaviors about quality, helping to infuse quality more deeply into the broad firm culture, and performing as a trusted quality expert and resource to selected teams, including strengthening comprehension and use of the full suite of quality tools and processes provided by the Corporate Quality Program. Maintain responsibility for answering inquiries regarding process and best practice implementation, bringing technical delivery experience to assist with assessment and mitigation of project risk at start-up and throughout the project life cycle, reviewing proposals for adequacy of quality-related content, and assisting teams with performing independent quality assessments. Develop and deliver training to specific audiences, support the maintenance of current processes, and provide input during reviews of process documentation, as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

-10 years of experience with technical delivery in a process or quality environment

-Experience with stakeholder engagement

-Experience with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project

-Knowledge of US government contracting

-Ability to travel 25-30% of the time

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with providing quality support on a project

-Experience with process development

-Experience with providing proposal support, primarily for required quality topics

-Experience with providing training support for quality processes and implementation

-Possession of excellent presentation skills

-Possession of interpersonal skills, including forging and maintaining effective relationships at all levels

-Possession of excellent organizational skills, including managing multiple tasks effectively

-BA or BS degree in a technical or business field
