Strategic Business Developer

Key Role:

Perform as a critical team member and deputy program manager for the Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Program Management Office (PMO) within Booz Allen's Business Development (BD) group. Work as an integrated member of the Strategic Vehicles Team (SVT) for multiple IDIQ contract vehicles, including the development of IDIQ-level deliverables. Ensure all contract requirements are met and build relationships with internal program and project managers, small and large businesses, and government clients to deliver superior responses support large complex contracts. Assist line managers with driving increased revenue through firm vehicles, acquisition center relationships, and business development analysis. Conduct research on issues related to the SVT or vehicles and present results verbally or in writing. Maintain contract schedules for timely submission of deliverables and work closely with other IDIQ and GWAC programs or project managers to effectively respond to the demands of the SVT. Work with task order PMs to meet IDIQ and GWAC contractual goals in execution and reporting and maintain the internal data repositories for vehicles within the SVT. Keep management apprised of status of all vehicles and outstanding issues.

Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience with project management

-Experience supporting IDIQ contracts

-Ability to produce monthly reports, cost analysis, and other project management documentation using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

-Ability to plan and coordinate project deliverables and communicate status regularly to contract managers, teammates, and clients

-Ability to work in a team and collaborative environment

-Ability to develop strategic relationships that build business development capability

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree

-Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with working on multi-task projects of various types and complexity

-Knowledge of GovWin and the government client environment

-Ability to create and manage SharePoint sites for information sharing and documentation

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Possession of excellent data collection and analytical skills

-Possession of excellent organizational and prioritization skills
