Culture of Excellence Coordinator, Senior

Key Role:

Apply expertise in strategic communications, program management, and change management to provide strategy, plans, and administrative support for implementing, monitoring, and evaluating a military Culture of Excellence (COE) program. Support planning, execution, and administration of working groups, staff-level and senior leader communications related to the COE program. Support data gathering, monitoring, assessment, brief development, and reporting to higher headquarters associated with the COE program. Collaborate with stakeholders and supporting organizations across several lines of effort and working groups to improve the lethality, connectedness, and ethics of the Naval fighting force. Provide communications and engagement support, analysis and assessments, and data analysis and visualization tied to the COE program.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience with strategic communications in the US military or DoD at the Service Headquarters, Combatant Command, or Service Headquarters Level
  • 3+ years of experience planning, coordinating, and executing  stakeholder interviews, working groups, and conferences
  • 3+ years of experience with providing decision support and engaging stakeholders at the Flag, General, or SES level
  • 3+ years of experience with information management, knowledge management, and data analysis
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with Data Visualization
  • Knowledge of DoD policies regarding manpower, personnel, training and education tied to resilience, diversity, equity, and inclusion, sexual assault prevention, or counter destructive behaviors
  • Master’s degree
