Knowledge Manager, Senior

Key Role:

Apply knowledge management methodologies to develop project-tracking processes for Navy client to enable proactive monitoring of internal and external task assignments. Communicate tasker deliverables and due dates and report tasker status through various tasker management systems.  Create and maintain SharePoint and collaboration sites as well as create an internal tasking system. Build and maintain organizational calendar including project milestones, in-person and virtual meetings, POAMs, and relevant points of contact. Publish meeting action items and minutes in the collaborative environment. Maintain responsibility for liaising with command staff, KM/IM and operations officers, as well as external agency staff officers to drive timely project completion and maintain accurate, comprehensive, and organized information relevant to the mission. Integrate information from internal and external organizations to facilitate easy access, sharing, and dissemination of information as well as identify additional points of collaboration.

Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience as a knowledge manager 

-Knowledge of the DoD, wider IC, and Combatant Command environments

-TS/SCI clearance

-Bachelor’s degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience as SharePoint developer

-Knowledge of Cyber environment and Cyber activities

-Possession of written and verbal communication skills

Clearance:
