Move Project Manager

Key Role:

Serve as the Move Project Manager for multiple infrastructure and facilities related construction projects that support operations at the onsite client location. Participate as a member of a cross-functional team assessing client facilities construction, move management, IT, and construction security requirements. Support the client by providing the coordination of client’s multi-phase office relocation requirements, including IT and standard office item relocations as well as any specialized requirements that may arise. Work with the client to support the Swing Space ensuring that clients are receiving the same standard of care along the project duration. Oversee contract performance and quality assurance of move management contractors with the government while serving as the representative for the client in meetings. Provide regular updates to project stakeholders, customers, and the project team.

Basic qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in developing or implementing secure move management projects or related security project management fields

  • 3+ years of experience with DOD or other Federal Government Construction Projects

  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite of programs, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

  • Top Secret clearance

  • Bachelor's Degree

Additional qualifications:

  • Knowledge of construction guidelines and federal regulations

  • Knowledge of DOD Facilities Construction

  • TS/SCI clearance

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.
