Aviation Readiness Analyst

Key Role:

Serve as a resource and readiness analyst supporting Marine Corps clients. Grasp new concepts quickly, bring expertise in consulting to work with technical and non-technical audiences, define and analyze technical problems for quality client deliverables, and communicate the results and takeaways to stakeholders effectively. Collaborate within a team developing innovative solutions that address the client’s most challenging mission readiness needs. Perform in a dynamic environment with talented team members to deliver quality analysis. Sustain responsibility for analyzing complex client problems to write content that meets client intent, subject matter, format, and comprehension-level specifications. Facilitate project schedules and managing a team by creating milestones and monitoring and tracking progress against plan.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in the military, including working as a Marine Corps junior military officer

  • Experience with operational and resource readiness

  • Experience with the Defense Readiness Reporting System, Marine Corps Training Management System, and the Marine Sierra Hotel Aviation Readiness Program

  • Experience with working in a collaborative consulting environment

  • Experience with working in a team-oriented, inclusive, very collaborative work environment to achieve a consensus

  • Experience with using Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word to develop creative client-ready products

  • Ability to work in a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment with aggressive project timelines and continual client delivery

  • Secret clearance

  • HS Diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

  • Operations planning experience in the INDO-PACOM Area of Operations

  • Knowledge of advanced data analysis techniques

  • Ability to prepare and execute briefing materials to senior military leaders

  • Readiness experience in Marine aviation at the group and wing levels

  • BA or BS degree

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
