The Opportunity:

As an operations research analyst on our team, you’ll advise and assist on exercise related events, providing analytical, technical, and logistical analysis and recommendations during the Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC) focused on the Korean Theater of Operations (KTO). Develop Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&M) to assist with JELC management in order to achieve training objectives. Conduct analysis during all phases of the JELC and provide technical recommendations that meet Theater Security Cooperation (TSC) and Training/Readiness (TR) goals as defined within policies and procedures relevant to the client. Attend joint, bilateral, multinational planning conferences, working groups, and site surveys in order to gather data, plan, and provide recommendations to US Government attendees on the conduct of military exercises. Serve in the planning and coordination capacity of the uniformed customer when required, make coordination with adjacent staff sections and subordinate units on the exercise officer’s behalf and serve as continuity and provide guidance using established regional knowledge providing technical recommendations that meet Pacific Theater Security Cooperation, Joint Chiefs of Staff, the US Government, and customer's goals and training objectives.
