Training Coordinator, Senior

As a Training Coordinator on our team, you’ll support execution of the Marine Corps Training Information Management System (MCTIMS) by scheduling all training engagements and developing training assignment schedules. You’ll assist with instructor and course evaluation material development and record management. You’ll assist with student course completion record management and certificate issuance. You’ll assist users by responding to Help Desk requests at the Tier II level. You’ll provide vital subject matter expertise for the requirements, testing, and development teams. You Have:

  • 2+ years of experience with training and curriculum development in the United States Marine Corps (USMC)
  • 1+ years of experience with using MCTIMS to develop and manage client training and education products
  • Experience with training management or analysis of training data and information
  • Knowledge of the functionality of MCTIMS
  • Knowledge of USMC organization and structure
  • Ability to travel CONUS and OCONUS
  • Ability to deliver training in large classrooms
  • Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

  • Knowledge of USMC readiness and training policies, with a focus on how the Marine Corps trains and equips its units
  • Knowledge of how to collect requirements and user issues
  • Ability to navigate through complicated systems and possession of critical thinking skills to solve 2nd and 3rd order effects of errors in systems
  • Ability to interface and work with clients at all levels of the USMC organization
  • BA or BS degree

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
