Maritime Security Cooperation Program Analyst, Senior

Key Role:

Bring in-depth understanding and expertise to one or more aspects of service or joint missions, processes, and culture supporting global maritime domain. Apply advanced consulting skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction and mentor and supervise team members, as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience with Maritime Domain Awareness and Maritime Security in the Indo-Pacific
  • 2+ years of experience with intelligence collection, fusion, and dissemination
  • 1 year of experience with working on a Maritime Watchfloor
  • Knowledge of Indo-Pacific affairs, policy, and doctrine
  • Secret clearance
  • BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience with Maritime security cooperation engagements, exercises, planning, or assessments
  • Experience with technical Maritime Domain Awareness systems, technology, and concepts, including Global Command and Control System - Maritime (GCCS-M)
  • Experience as a DoD Foreign Area Officer or Attaché, including USMC, USN, or USCG
  • Knowledge of Navy operations and systems, including maritime, airborne, and space platforms, navigation, trainings systems, and Warfighting tactics, techniques, and procedures
  • MA or MS degree
  • PMP certification
