We’re looking for a systems administrator who specializes in administering and deploying Veeam Back-up and replication software to help us manage systems to train the next generation of Navy sailors in a secure modernized computer environment.

As a systems administrator on our project, you will work with management in establishing controls, security, and strategy and analyzing processes around backups and system support initiatives. Support includes specification, installation, and testing of backup systems within established standards and guidelines. You’ll help customers overcome tough challenges through monitoring and performance management. Your technical expertise will be vital as you identify problem areas and opportunities for improvement in a mission critical network. Your experience and communication skills will come in handy as you turn metrics into information and communicate their meaning. You Have:

• 2+ years of experience with system administration

• Experience with Veeam Backup and Replication software

• Experience with Business Continuity, DR planning, and testing

• Knowledge of disaster recovery and backup best practices

• Knowledge of technical documentation, including creating and maintaining

• Ability to build, configure, and maintain servers within compliance standards

• Ability to obtain a security clearance

• HS diploma or GED

• Security + Certification

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with VMware vSphere, and vCenter

• Experience with Windows Server technologies and configurations

• Experience with Linux Server technologies and configurations

• Experience with implementing DOD STIGs

• Secret clearance
