Knowledge Management Analyst and Power Platform Developer

Key role:

Provide Knowledge Management (KM) and MS365 development support to a DoD client. Perform and manage a variety of communications and KM tasks and activities, including staff support, publishing, records, and administrative communications. Organize, maintain, and share data, information, and knowledge to ensure authoritative information is available across the staff at all classification levels, including releasable, and to the warfighter at the speed of need. Collaborate with the common IT team to design, create, implement, and maintain technical KM solutions.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience with performing or supervising knowledge management planning functions, including applying knowledge management principles, solutions, and technologies to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of DoD organizations

  • Experience with office management, publications and forms management, or preparing, controlling, and processing written communications

  • Experience developing solutions with the MS365 Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI

  • Ability to examine and document current business processes with an intent on improving efficiency and inserting technical solutions where applicable

  • Ability to deliver frequent product deployments based on iterative, incremental, collaborative, and fast-paced development

  • Ability to work through features, end-to-end, with a keen eye on user interface, simplicity and customer benefits

  • Secret clearance

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Security+ Certification and Knowledge Management Certification

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with collaboration or Web service applications, information architectures, records management, and knowledge management principles

  • Experience with developing and using SharePoint components, including forms, templates lists, external content types, custom lists, service applications, Web parts, master pages, content management and the Business Intelligence Center

  • Experience with building and customizing SharePoint dashboards, sites, workflows, lists, libraries, content types, security groups, and content policies 

  • Experience with jQuery plugins, including jQuery UI and DataTables

  • Knowledge of workflows and best practices in SharePoint 2013 and SharePoint Online environments

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Business, Mathematics, or Information Systems

The proposed salary range for this position in Colorado is 100,000 to 110,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
