Counterintelligence and HUMINT Analyst

As a Counterintelligence and HUMINT analyst, you use your specialized military intelligence experience and your attention to detail to develop intelligence analysis products, threat intelligence briefings, and counterintelligence vulnerability assessments to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. If you have strong analytical skills and a problem solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to support our counterintelligence agents, HUMINT collectors, and Military leaders.

As a counterintelligence and HUMINT analyst on our team, you’ll help your client understand the intelligence threats and operational landscape. Using your comprehensive understanding of various collection platforms, you’ll explore new data sources, build effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources including Counterintelligence, HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, open source information. You’ll validate information and develop tradecraft as you build assessments for Army Counterintelligence field offices, HUMINT collection teams, and higher-eschelon intelligence agencies. A You will conduct research with minimal supervision to communicate esoteric information to internal and external customers. You’ll share your expertise with other analysts through leadership and mentoring. You Have:

  • 3+ years of experience conducting intelligence collection or all-source analysis
  • Experience with fundamental CI/HUMINT tradecraft and policies
  • Experience using Microsoft Office programs
  • Ability to utilize multiple intelligence disciplines to support CI/HUMINT operations
  • Ability to work independently on CI/HUMINT analytic products
  • Ability to assimilate technical data and convey complex concepts via written, oral, and visual means
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • HS Diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

  • 3+ years of experience working in support of CI or HUMINT missions
  • Experience with using analytic tools, including ACOP, CHROME, CRISSCROSS, QLIX, Palantir, FADE or VOLTRON
  • Knowledge of Indo-Pacific Command geography and military area of responsibility
  • Knowledge of the Human Targeting Cycle
  • Bachelor's degree
