Global Force Management Specialist

As a Global Force Manager on our team, you’ll help develop, implement, and measure the effectiveness of plans and procedures for clients, creating meaningful content using technology tools and systems to help you tell a comprehensive story. You’ll listen to client challenges and identify threats, gaps, or risks that need to be explored and provide a safe space for recommendations that will make a lasting real-world impact. You Have:

  • 2+ years of experience in Special Operations organizations

  • 1+ years of experience with applying capability request management planning tools and processes

  • Ability to develop and present written and oral reports, briefings, and presentations in a time and mission-critical environment

  • Knowledge of the Joint Capabilities Requirements Management (JCRM) tool

  • Ability to use knowledge management and Joint requirement toolsets to identify, plan, and request requirements

  • Ability to leverage SharePoint, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, One Note, and Outlook in the creation of time-sensitive products to support senior leader decision making

  • TS/SCI clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

  • 2+ years of experience in global force management in a joint staff

  • 2+ years of experience in a joint operational level headquarters applying staff processes and leveraging task management systems in support of operations, plans, or resource management requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in the Korean theater of operations

  • Ability to show a score of 2 or higher on the DLPT in the Korean language

  • Completion of U.S. Military Intermediate Level Education (ILE) or Intermediate Developmental Education (IDE)

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
