SharePoint Developer, Senior

As a SharePoint developer, you’re driven to develop applications that are user-friendly, optimal, and customizable. By doing this, you help your clients improve their business workflows and allow them to manage databases, trackers, data visualization, and more efficiently. As a SharePoint developer on our team, you'll work directly with your customers to overcome their most difficult challenges using custom solutions built on SharePoint. You will assist your client by developing and maintaining SharePoint sites, pages, lists, and libraries, troubleshooting system and user errors, and managing user access controls. Additionally, you will apply your knowledge of programming languages to help develop web applications, customize programming for web parts and sites, and enhance the user interface of multiple systems. As an authority in your subject area, your client will look to you for critical recommendations and insight for implementing knowledge management strategies. You Have:

  • 8+ years of experience with developing and maintaining SharePoint solutions
  • Experience with solving complex information management challenges in SharePoint
  • Experience with computer programming languages, including HTML, CSS, or Java
  • Knowledge of KM principles, procedures, and processes in a DoD or IC environment
  • Ability to create, modify, and integrate custom scripted solutions in SharePoint
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience as a knowledge manager supporting joint command-level organizations
  • Experience with translation to and from Korean-English
  • Ability to show a score of 3/3 or higher on the DLPT, ILR, or ODA or ACTFL Advanced Low in the Korean language
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written skills, including briefing senior defense and government officials
  • Master’s degree
  • Certified Knowledge Manager (CKM) Certification

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
