As a targeter, you use your specialized technical, regional, and military experience and your attention to detail to develop intelligence reports and analytic assessments to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. As a targeter on our team, you’ll help your client understand their operational landscape and mission environment in Korea. Using your understanding of various collection platforms, you’ll explore new data sources, build effective queries, and combine information. You’ll validate information and apply client tradecraft as you build assessments for validate targeting. As the authority on targeting, your client will look to you for time critical recommendations, often under pressure. This is a chance to grow your role and expertise by engaging with other defense and intelligence community partners. You Have:

· 5+ years of experience with operational and technical military planning, development coordination, and execution of Joint, Coalition and Service participation in COCOM operations, exercises, demonstrations, experiments, and real-world operations

· 3+ years of experience with targeting intelligence support

· Experience with FADE / MIST, JTT, Joint Weaponeering System, or Digital Precision Strike Suite Collateral Damage Estimation

· Experience with Microsoft and SharePoint products

· Knowledge of ArcGIS applications and capabilities

· Ability to collaborate in person and electronically with targeting staff at lower and higher echelons on a routine basis

· Ability to work in a high tempo, high stress environment with minimal oversight

· TS/SCI clearance

· Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

· Experience in the Korean theater of operations

· Experience with Special Operations Forces (SOF)

· Experience with weapons of mass destruction (WMD) and theater ballistic missile analysis

· Ability to score 3 or higher on the DLPT in the Korean language

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
