Air Base Air Defense Site Manager

Key Role:

The Air Base Air Defense (ABAD) Site Manager provides leadership to an integrated team. The site manager will plan, design, integrate, and coordinate ABAD Mission Operations, Mission Systems, and Operations Personnel in accordance with customer requirements. The ABAD Site Manager will manage daily operations in all functional area, including equipment maintenance, mission operations, and general support activities, including Occupational Health and Safety, Facility Management, and Job Control.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Operations Management
  • Experience with managing daily operations in all functional areas, including equipment maintenance, mission operations, and general support activities
  • Knowledge of Configuration Management (CM) principles and processes
  • Knowledge of domain knowledge to assess and document the performance of modern air defense systems
  • Ability to perform routine qualitative and quantitative analysis, generate reports, and brief mission system status to Government personnel daily and upon request
  • Active TS/SCI clearance
  • BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience in working with the US Air Force
  • Experience with managing Large and complex USAF contracts
  • Ability to plan, direct, and coordinate work activities and resources necessary for maintenance of a systems integration laboratory
