Security Cooperation Operations Support and Strategic Outreach Analyst

As a security cooperation, strategic operations, and outreach analyst, you’ll bring your consulting, strategic, staffing, project management, and security cooperation expertise to work on projects for one of the U.S. Air Force's premiere education and training organization to develop interoperability and professionally develop military members across multiple nations. You’ll be a trusted advisor to our clients, and we’ll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, processes, and linkages to ensure our client's mission is fully integrated and coordinated within larger security cooperation and education and training enterprises.

You’ll guide the work we do for U.S. Air Force and the solutions we deliver for security cooperation and professional military education and training.

You Have:  

  • 5+ years of experience with security cooperation, headquarters staffing, project management, or education and training management

  • Knowledge of U.S. security cooperation enterprise processes, products, and requirements, including the European or African theater and U.S. strategic goals

  • Ability to distill, document, and coordinate clear and repeatable processes from multiple overlapping efforts and levels of guidance, work with minimal direction and oversight, and think creatively and proactively

  • Secret clearance

  • Bachelors degree and 5+ years of experience with staff and security cooperation or Master's degree and 3+ years of experience with staff and security cooperation    

Nice If You Have:  

  • Experience managing planning processes and requirements related to security cooperation or Education and Training supporting USEUCOM or USAFRICOM

  • Knowledge of NATO, APACs, TMT, protocol, and US military public affairs processes

  • Ability to capture, create, and edit written or visual material supporting public affairs and organizational strategic outreach efforts

  • Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Possession of excellent problem solving skills

  • Top Secret clearance

  • Masters degree  

  • Defense Security Cooperation University "Basic" Security Cooperation Certification

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
