Training Support Center Logistics and Equipment Specialist

Key Role:

Assist Training Support Center (TSC) operations associated with the receipt, storage, accountability, packaging, shipment, serviceability checks, minor repair, and preventative maintenance of Training Aids, Devices, Simulators, and Simulations (TADSS) equipment and Graphic Training Aids (GTAs). Provide customer service actions associated with issue, receipt, loan, accountability, and actions associated with TADSS and GTAs. Provide Army accountability document preparation and historical record keeping of all standard and non-standard TADSS equipment and GTAs. Provide shipping, distribution, and storage services for TADSS associated with home station training and Indo-Pacific Combat Training Center (CTC) rotations.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience with the military
  • Experience with accounting for military equipment
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED
  • Fork-Lift Driver Certification

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience at a TSC
  • Experience with TADDS equipment maintenance, issue, and accountability
  • Experience with the Training Support-Material Army-wide Tracking System (TS-MATS)
  • Experience with MILES equipment
  • Experience shipping military equipment
  • Experience designing, resourcing, and executing tactical military training
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communications skills

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $49,800.00 to $102,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
