Key Role:

Provide oversight of all phases of design and construction processes in support of current and future operations, force structure changes and transformational base operations funding requirements. Analyze and provide recommendations on integration and execution of requirements to support tracking and managing of facilities and infrastructure-related projects, from initial planning and programming through closeout. Provide and integrate strategic analysis for plans and prepares supporting data.

Basic Qualifications:

-Experience with the programming, planning, and execution of projects

-Knowledge of military facilities and infrastructure engineering and project management

-Knowledge of scheduling and risk analysis

-Knowledge of cost estimating for facilities requirements

-Active Secret clearance

-HS diploma or GED and 15 years of experience with engineering and facilities infrastructure or BA or BS degree and 10 years of experience with engineering and facilities infrastructure
