Operations Analyst, Senior

Key Role:

Work under the guidance of the client to assist in the completion of documents to support a major effort to transform warfighting structure for United States forces abroad. Provide stakeholder management for both U.S. and allied stakeholders to endure a clear understanding of the effort and ensure their work is nested under the effects articulated in bilaterally agreed to base documents and annexes. Attend U.S. only and bilateral governance meetings, take meeting notes, and produce post-meeting documents as required. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems by assisting the client in development of, review, and update of sustainment and acquisition capabilities. Work without considerable direction. 

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in the INDOPACOM area of operations
  • 3+ years of experience working at a Joint Headquarters
  • Experience with Joint campaign planning and Wartime operational planning
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Ability to conduct research and analysis to develop and brief data summaries that will support decision-making
  • Ability to work independently, collaboratively, creatively, and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Graduate of Expeditionary Warfare School or Command and Staff College

Additional Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience working at a Joint Forces Headquarters
  • Ability to work effectively with senior audiences
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Top Secret clearance
  • Master’s degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
