Targets Analyst/Instructor, Senior

Key Role:

Conduct targeting and targeting analysis instruction for DoD client in support of theater requirements and in accordance with established course curriculum and outlines. Provide intermediate level targeting analysis training to junior and mid-level analysts supporting target development throughout Northeast Asia. Conduct training on government site, using government provided-courseware and deliver instruction to students that effectively address weaponeering and the principles that support the weaponeering process. Demonstrate an understanding of how to properly navigate the Joint Munitions Effectiveness Manual (JMEM) Air-to-Surface Weaponeering Guide and JMEM Weaponeering System (JWS) tools. Provide training in intermediate and advanced target development for the government-provided courses. Describe, demonstrate, and reinforce probabilities relate to weaponeering results, how weaponeering estimates support targeting, and explain the process for making weaponeering estimates. Define, demonstrate, and reinforce how to properly navigate and utilize the Joint Technical Coordinating Group for Munitions Effectiveness (JTCG/ME), JMEM, and JWS.

Basic Qualification:

-8+ years of experience with target analysis
-4+ years of experience as a joint or service -level targeting trainer or instructor

-4+ years of experience with targeting and target analysis processes and tools including, JTCG/ME, JMEM JWS tools, and the JMEM Air-to -Surface Weaponeering Guide

-4+ years of experience with methods and techniques of instruction

-2+ Years of targeting experience in the PACOM

-TS/SCI clearance

-AA or AS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-4+ years of experience with intelligence operations within the PACOM intelligence community

-Possession of excellent organizational skills

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Joint or service-level Instructor Certification or Joint, service-level, or commercial Instructional Systems Design (ISD) Certification
