Key Role:

Serve as the user’s advocate throughout the product design and development process, providing critical user-centric insight that informs product strategy. Analyze user behaviors and translate user requirements into wireframes and comps within an Agile Software Development team. Interact with multiple application teams and clients to understand and support the implementation of requirements. Ensure intuitive design is applied to wireframes and is successfully implemented by the development team, including reviews of developed screens in the test environment. React to feedback and apply changes to design comps.

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ year of experience with Sketch and InVision
• 3+ years of experience with designing wireframes and concepts for web sites or applications
• 3+ years of experience with user research methodologies, including usability testing, documenting workflows, conducting user research, and creating data-driven journey maps and user personas.
• Experience with gathering and writing UX requirements as user stories
• Experience with producing rapid prototypes in an iterative, agile environment
• Experience with presenting designs to clients for feedback
• Ability to obtain a security clearance
• BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience with working with Pega’s Cosmos design system
• Experience with leading design thinking ideation workshops
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
