Benefits Advisor

Key Role:

Deliver formal briefings to groups of up to 50, conduct individual counseling, and perform community outreach and public engagement events, as assigned. Support the execution of staffing, event management, and logistics activities at an assigned installation. Ensure integrated and proactive communications, quality management, and risk management practices.

Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience working in a professional environment
-Experience with presenting prepared training to large groups
-Ability to travel up to 15% of the time
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-HS diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in a professional environment, AA or AS degree and 6 years of experience in a professional environment, or BA or BS degree 

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with benefits administration
-Experience with the military
-Knowledge of military culture
-Possession of excellent consulting skills
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-Public Trust clearance preferred
