CI/HUMINT Analyst

The Challenge:

As a Counterintelligence (CI)/Human Intelligence (HUMINT) analyst, you use your specialized experience and your attention to detail to develop doctrine, plans, policies, and procedures to give your client the operational support and context they need. If you have strong analytical skills and a problem solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills.

As a CI/HUMINT analyst on our team, you’ll help your client by supporting the request for information processes, collaborate with the command's headquarters staff, component commands and intelligence organizations' coordinate events and conferences, manage training to meet command objectives, and assess readiness. As the authority on CI/HUMINT, your client will look to you for time critical recommendations, often under pressure. This is a chance to grow your expertise and broaden your skillset into areas like exercise support and scripting and operational planning. You’ll share your expertise with other analysts through leadership and mentoring. We focus on growing as a team to deliver the best support to our customers, so you’ll have resources to learn new skills and tools. You Have:

  • 10+ years of experience with conducting support to CI/HUMINT operations
  • Experience with coordinating complex plans and Requests for Information 
  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • BA or BS degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience within the European theater and AORs
  • DoD CI or HUMINT organization accreditation

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
