Key Role:
Provide liaison support to US European Command for the design and execution of cyber wargames, serving as the primary point of contact within the Combatant Command (CCMD). Coordinate activities and foster collaboration between DoD organizations and CCMD to implement findings and drive action. Assist EUCOM with the integration of defensive cyberspace operations into campaign and contingency plans. Support the integration of cyberspace operations into CCMD planning through mission analysis, staff estimates, course of action development, and decision support templates for campaign and contingency plans. Analyze and comprehend national and military strategy, guidance, and policy documents to inform planning.
Basic Qualifications:
-3+ years of experience as an exercise designer, planner, or executor at a CCMD, Joint Staff, or a Major Service HQ
-Experience with Joint Planning Process (JPP) at the strategic level
-Ability to produce written reports, deliver verbal briefings, and facilitate meetings with senior military staff
-Ability to support client requirements remotely as a team player embedded in an external organization
-TS/SCI clearance
-BA or BS degree
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with DOD cyberspace operations
-Knowledge of cyber threats to logistics and critical infrastructure
-Knowledge of DoDD 3020.40, Mission Assurance, DoDI 3020.45, and Mission Assurance Construct
-MA or MS degree in Cybersecurity, CS, Engineering, or a related field
-Completion of specialized education in Military Joint Operation Planning (JPME II)
