Key Role:
Support military operational readiness by working directly with allied, partner nations, and DoD stakeholders to ensure military systems are interoperable across the European AOR. Serve as a primary interface to defense cooperation teams, EUCOM Desk Officers, and stakeholders for Command, Control, Communications, and Computer Interoperability (C4I) functions. Provide insight into planning and programs in areas, including IAMD systems, interoperability initiatives, theater architecture, and equipment to align partnership efforts, Combatant Command plans, and guidance. Lead the C4I line of activity for a portfolio of partner nations to fulfill interoperability requirements through security cooperation programs and coordination with DoD organizations and stakeholders. Manage functions, including providing analytical support for theater interoperability and identify the planning, coordination, and development of interoperability agreements between DoD organizations and partner nations. Orchestrate the planning, coordination, development, and execution of Command, Control, Communications, Computer, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) architecture for theater interoperability with partner nations to support Joint contingencies, exercises, and operations. Support communication interoperability and security memorandums of agreement (CISMOAs) and implementation and coordination on the integration of new coalition partners requiring access to current and future tactical data links (TDL). This position requires travel up to 10% of the time to CONUS and across Europe locations.
Basic Qualifications:
-5+ years of experience with strategic and operational C4 planning and operations
-3+ years of experience with systems or architecture planning, including datalinks, weapon systems, theater network architecture, communications, or command and control
-3+ years of experience with interagency planning and operations
-Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
-TS/SCI clearance
-BA or BS degree
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with Security Cooperation or International Engagement
-Experience with Mission Partner Environment (MPE)
-Experience with European regional partner nations, Project Management, Joint Planning, or Combatant Command Country Plans
-Experience with IAMD, MDA, COP/CIP, or other recognized Air and Maritime Picture architectures
