Exploitation Plans Specialist

Key Role:

Provide subject matter expertise to support US European Command (USEUCOM) exploitation, biometrics, document and media exploitation (DOMEX), and forensics activities. Analyze the planning, development, and staffing of exploitation concepts, orders, and Command instruction and operations. Research, document, and support the validation of technology requirements. Research and provide technical recommendations that support the development of forensic guidance in operational plan development. Support partner nation capacity building and integration of forensics into current and future exploitation and identity operations across the Joint, Interagency, and multi-national environments. Participate in technical working groups, training support activities, and technical requirement reviews.

Basic Qualifications:

-9+ years of experience with supporting intelligence exploitation activity and analysis
-6+ years of experience with providing system, infrastructure, and technology recommendations to government clients
-Experience with the European AOR

-Experience with working in a Joint Combatant Command environment

-Knowledge of biometrics, DOMEX, forensics, and identity intelligence operations

-TS/SCI clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Ability to work shifts, as needed

-Possession of excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
