Fuel Management Analyst

Key Role:

Provide client fuel management support by forecasting fuel requirements, tracking available fuel stocks, performing analysis of fuel consumption, reconciling fuel receipts and deliveries, and maintaining associated records. Prepare briefings, reports, and other products to communicate status, risk, or information required by client personnel. Collaborate across client organizations, subordinate units, Department of Defense Services and Agencies, and partner and Allied nations as necessary to support program management. Conduct or assist with fuel studies and analysis and provide support for internal and external program management reviews and audits.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in managing fuel reports, inventories, requirement forecasting, and reconciliations
  • 2+ years of experience in developing and delivering reports and briefings to government officials
  • Experience with qualitative and quantitative research and data analysis methods
  • Experience with using Microsoft Office suite of programs, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams
  • Ability to travel internationally up to 15% of the time
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with planning at a DoD combatant command or major command
  • Experience working in a DoD joint overseas environment
  • TS/SCI clearance

Clearance:
