Key Role:

Coordinate the delivery of professional services and project initiatives designed to enhance the services and level of support provided to the client. Plan, organize, direct, control, and deliver all projects prioritized in alignment with the client’s expectations and business needs, ensure the ongoing process and system capability associated with projects, and manage any changes required to meet or exceed the expectations established in project designs. Build and manage projects in the delivery of software solutions and maintain responsibility for ensuring appropriate resources are allocated and maintained to facilitate their successful completion. Analyze the project’s plans, financials, and contractual commitments, edit them into understandable presentations and documents for government decision makers, and work with the team to identify, manage, and escalate risks. Provide human leadership, direction, and purpose to support the implementation of new projects, policies, and procedures for the departments to meet broad but specific goals. Provide input to strategic decisions that affect functional areas of responsibility and apply broad management and functional expertise to junior managers and staff. This position requires the ability to travel throughout Europe to facilitate cooperation with team countries.

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience with supporting IT management, systems planning, installation, or configuration
• Experience with project management, including developing project plans and budget planning
• Experience in working with multi-intelligence applications, including COP/CIP systems, such as ESRI or GCCS-J
• Experience in working with coalition partners to develop IT solutions for intelligence problems
• Ability to brief client leadership and colleagues on the results of research both verbally and in writing
• Ability to travel throughout Europe to facilitate cooperation with other team countries 
• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree or 6 years of experience with IT management in lieu of a degree

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience with working in IT at Combatant Commands or Joint Staff preferred
• Knowledge of Special Operation Forces (SOF) capabilities and intelligence or collection activities
• Knowledge of SOF capabilities and the EUCOM AOR

Clearance:
