Key Role:
Coordinate the delivery of professional services and project initiatives designed to enhance the services and level of support provided to the client. Plan, organize, direct, control, and deliver all projects prioritized in alignment with the client’s expectations and business needs, ensure the ongoing process and system capability associated with projects, and manage any changes required to meet or exceed the expectations established in project designs. Build and manage projects in the delivery of software solutions and maintain responsibility for ensuring appropriate resources are allocated and maintained to facilitate their successful completion. Analyze the project’s plans, financials, and contractual commitments, edit them into understandable presentations and documents for government decision makers, and work with the team to identify, manage, and escalate risks. Provide human leadership, direction, and purpose to support the implementation of new projects, policies, and procedures for the departments to meet broad but specific goals. Provide input to strategic decisions that affect functional areas of responsibility and apply broad management and functional expertise to junior managers and staff. This position requires the ability to travel throughout Europe to facilitate cooperation with team countries.
