Information Manager

Key Role:

Serve as the information manager to analyze IT and process solutions using government-provided technology and guidance to improve storage, control, distribution, and management of information. Liaise with stakeholders, coordinate on IT-related issues, and maintain SharePoint portals for government portal governance. Coordinate IT user accounts and permissions, IT troubleshooting, system or application migrations, upkeep and updates for software and hardware, and other IT-related customer service issues. Build and maintain information sharing spaces using SharePoint, Telligent, BICES ICE, and other collaboration interfaces.

Basic Qualifications:

-10+ years of experience with supporting the DoD

-3+ years of experience with SharePoint 2010 and 2016, including each version's capabilities and limitations

-3+ years of experience with workflow design and implementation, testing, administration, configuration, and modification of new and existing SharePoint sites

-Experience with technical writing and training users on SharePoint-based solutions

-Experience with the All Partners Access Network (APAN) – Telligent and SharePoint platforms

-Ability to apply knowledge management concepts and principles in accordance with established Command and DoD requirements and standards

-Active Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree

-One of the following certifications: A+ CE, CCNA-Security, Network+ CE, SSCP, CSA+, GICSP, GSEC, CASP CE, CISA, GCED, GCIH, CAP, GSLC, CASP CE, CISM, CISSP, CSSLP, CEH, CFR, GCIA, GIC SP, or SCYBER

Additional Qualifications:

-1+ years of experience at a Combatant Command

-1+ years of experience with working in a multinational environment

-Experience with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Access

-Knowledge of foreign disclosure principles or requirements

-Ability to convey technical implementation measures and design strategies in compliance with regulation and policy

-SharePoint Certification or completion of courses

-Knowledge Management Certification or completion of courses
