Information Operations Knowledge Manager

As a Knowledge Management Specialist, you use your specialized technical experience and your attention to detail to give your client the actionable information and context they need. As a Knowledge Manager on our team, you’ll help your client understand their information environment. Using your comprehensive understanding of knowledge management, you’ll work with client counterparts to develop their digital strategies and capabilities. You’ll identify and capitalize on digital opportunities to improve client financial and operational performance, including revenue and profitability and mission achievement, as well as customer engagement and experience. You’ll increase efficiency of client-facing and internal processes by leveraging latest technology trends and research and analyze emerging technologies to support the building of required digital recommendations and solutions. You’ll examine systems and develop specific cost-reduction solutions, growth solutions, and business case analyses to support digital transformation efforts, help expand and reorganize the digitization unit and operations within large-scale organizations, and provide work leadership for junior employees. As the authority on your topic, your client will look to you for time critical recommendations, often under pressure. You Have:

-6+ years of experience working in a military or intelligence community (IC) environment

-2+ years of experience with knowledge management

-Knowledge of Intelink services, including Blogs, IntelDocs, IntelShare, Survey Forms, IVideo, Gallery, or Help Ticketing System

-Knowledge of WordPress, Adobe Acrobat Professional, Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, Microsoft SharePoint 2013, Microsoft InfoPath, or Highpoint

-TS/SCI clearance

-BA or BS degree

Nice If You Have:

-Experience with graphics design

-Experience with data visualization

-Experience with information operations and strategic communications

-Experience with team software development

-Knowledge of database management

-Knowledge of data science

-Associate Cloud Architecture Certification

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
