Intelligence Operations Planner, Senior

Key Role:

Provide all-source intelligence analytical support to DoD theater planning efforts. Leverage experience in intelligence support to theater-level CONPLAN and OPLAN development. Apply Geospatial Information Systems (GIS) support. Produce multi-layer, including SIGINT, HUMINT, imagery and open source data, fused intelligence and GIS products that result in intuitive graphic models to be incorporated into theater plans and operations. Simplify complex issues and network interactions for integration into theater operations and plans. Provide subject matter expertise to direct operations and intelligence resources as a member of a small mixed team, including active duty, DoD civilian, and consultants. Provide solutions to high priority Command requirements. Apply a natural analytical way of thinking and explain complex proposals concisely and succinctly, both written and orally, to senior level, including O-7 and higher, DoD representatives.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience with all-source intelligence analysis
  • Experience with all source intelligence processes, data evaluation, and analysis
  • Experience with the management of SAP programs considering Joint Staff and COCOM and subordinate component equities
  • Experience with intelligence support to CONOP and OPLAN development
  • Ability to incorporate geospatial analysis tools, including ArcGIS, Analyst Notebook, Google Earth, HOT-R, Image Product Library, Palantir, TAC, and GOSSIP
  • Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
  • Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with project management
  • Knowledge of COCOM and Joint Staff operations
  • Master's degree in Intelligence, Political or Social Sciences, or Strategic Planning
