As a Knowledge and Data Specialist supporting the Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations Cell (JEMSOC), you’ll bring your technical expertise to work alongside thought leaders in EW on projects for a military command. You’ll use your skills and expertise to serve as a Knowledge and Data Management Specialist by developing, implementing, and maintaining an information management program to support Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO). You’ll enable integration of multiple datasets to make informed decisions for both leadership and technical electromagnetic spectrum operators. You’ll aid the organization in creating and maintaining scalable and repeatable processes for continual process improvement, and promote and assist with the use of internal knowledge management tools.

You Have:
- 5+ years of experience implementing knowledge and information management strategies, principles, procedures, and processes in the DoD
- Experience developing and managing a knowledge and information management framework
- Experience with operations and intelligence data integration
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint 2016 and Office365 platforms
- Experience with Esri geographic information system (GIS) software, location intelligence, and mapping tools
- Experience creating, capturing, organizing, and assessing searchable data assets for enterprise use, and designing and maintaining a knowledge system and library accessible to all decision makers and other stakeholders in the organization
- Ability to manage processes and activities to support JEMSO output, including visualization, products, dissemination, and workflow management
- Ability to brief senior-level leadership
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor’s degree
Nice If You Have:
- Experience with strategic planning and developing and synchronizing complex plans and tasks
- Experience with electromagnetic spectrum operations (EMSO) and integration of EW, space, cyber, and intelligence at the operational, strategic, or national level
- Ability to provide quality control and corrected feedback for submitted forms and documents before publication
- Ability to produce high quality work, including independently, with a team, and in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to instruct and monitor members of the organization on knowledge and information systems and processes
- Project Management Professional Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
