Knowledge Manager, Senior

Key Role:

Leverage knowledge of military and intelligence community (IC) products and processes to work with minimal supervision as part of an innovative team in a fast-paced, cutting-edge environment. Ensure the rapid production and broad dissemination of information, both within and across US government stovepipes. Maintain and improve dissemination weblog portals on multiple networks, a weekly activity reporting tool, and SharePoint portals that perform various functions. Work to automate manual processes, as appropriate. Create and maintain Intelink survey forms and Adobe fillable forms to collect and channel information, as needed. Produce quarterly and annual reports that include web portal access statistics, product downloads, and metrics related to training and other services supplied by the team. Manage processes and workflows related to the receipt and processing of Requests for Information (RFIs).

 

Basic Qualifications:

-6+ years of experience with working in a military or IC setting

-2+ years of experience with knowledge management

-Knowledge of Intelink services, including blogs, IntelDocs, IntelShare, survey forms, IVideo, galleries, or help ticketing systems, WordPress, Adobe Acrobat Professional, Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, Microsoft SharePoint 2013, Microsoft InfoPath, or Highpoint

-TS/SCI clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with graphics design

-Experience with marketing


Clearance:
