Key Role:

Represent the Operational Influence Platform (OIP) as a Country Lead in Germany supporting Military information support operations (MISO) in the development and implementation of marketing efforts and advertising campaigns designed to provide awareness and increase engagement among citizens within the European Area of Responsibility. Apply a strong working knowledge of strategic communications and European markets, especially Central and Eastern Europe, along with robust experience in assessment gathering and coordination activities. Represent OIP program in contingency MISO planning efforts, functional plan development, validation, coordination, and integration in conjunction with Department of Defense (DoD) components and interagency partners. Coordinate meetings and engagements with key stakeholders including Booz Allen, subcontractors, U.S. Embassies, and DoD clients.

Basic Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in the marketing or strategic communications field
• Experience with Psychological Operations
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time internationally
• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor’s degree

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience with working internationally
• Experience at the COCOM or component level
• Experience with Joint planning and interagency coordination
• Experience with preparing and presenting briefings at the general officer level
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Master’s degree
