Partner Nation Capability SME

Key Role:

Support the strategic analysis of partner nations' capabilities and their relation to promoting and protecting national interests. Conduct methodical research and provide empirical evidence on how partner nation militaries affect the achievement of campaign plan objectives. Evaluate the operational environment by conducting analysis of partner nation units' capability in the context of campaign plans to determine how their capabilities and operations affect campaign plan objectives. Refine large volumes of data to produce high-fidelity, highly distilled, and qualitative results. Communicate findings in writing and verbal communication clearly, concisely, and effectively and organize, plan, and author finished analysis reports.

 

Basic Qualifications:

-7+ years of experience as an industry or government professional in irregular or unconventional warfare (IW/UW), counter-threat (CT), counter weapons of mass destruction (CWMD) operations, or security cooperation (SC) authorities

-5+ years of experience with the military

-Ability to quickly assimilate into and contribute to a multi-functional team

-Ability to leverage expertise in a research capability and exercise critical thinking

-TS/SCI clearance

-BA or BS degree and 5 years of experience with the intelligence community (IC) or 10 years of experience with military or intelligence community (IC) in lieu of a degree

 

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience as a field-grade officer or chief warrant officer

-Possession of excellent interpersonal skills

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-MA or MS degree in International Relations, Political Science, or related field


Clearance:
