Key Role

Support intelligence operations and knowledge management requirements. Develop and maintain an ArcGIS based mapping and spatial analysis platform to support Command requirements for a CI, HUMINT, and Exploitation Common Operating Picture (COP).  Use Microsoft SharePoint and ArcGIS tools to manage component inputs, branch, and division-level operational requirements, inquiries related to CI, HUMINT, and exploitation operational views, and ensure compatibility with the Command COP. Support the request for information process by coordinating with both components and support agencies to ensure accurate tracking and completion within assigned suspense dates. Leverage US Government procured software to maintain online repositories of intelligence products for dissemination. Maintain responsibility for SharePoint tasks with site customization, form creation, workflow processes, manage permissions, and document management. 

 
Basic Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience with supporting the DoD or other intelligence organizations 
• Experience with DoD knowledge management regulations and policies 
• Experience with Microsoft SharePoint administration 
• Experience with SharePoint Designer, InfoPath or Nintex 
• Experience with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) 
• Experience with workgroup administration for the Microsoft suite of tools 
• Experience with working in a Joint Combatant Command environment 
• TS/SCI clearance 
• BA or BS degree 

Additional Qualifications: 

• Experience with the European AOR 
• Experience with using ESRI ArcGIS software
• Experience with SharePoint web development using JavaScript, JQuery, Bootstrap, and custom Web parts
• Knowledge of Tableau data visualization application 
• Ability to work shifts, as needed
