Special Access Program and Special Technical Operations Facility Manager

Key Role:

Perform security program management activities for Special Technical Operation (STO) and Special Access Program (SAP) accredited facilities and programs. Collaborate with staff security specialists analyzing personnel, information, physical, and operation security to develop solutions to secure facility challenges. Assist with and manage the activities necessary to ensure facilities meet and maintain accreditation requirements and standards, as required. Enter work orders in appropriate databases. Coordinate with multiple DoD clients and external entities to enable maintenance and certifications, facilitate personnel and materiel movement to support facilities maintenance and accreditation, as required, and enable and support inspections. Manage day-to-day activities related to facilities’ support for STO and SAP programs. This position requires travel as needed by the mission.

Basic Qualifications:

-4+ years of experience with secure facility management

-4+ years of experience with SAP security oversight

-Knowledge of the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM)

-Knowledge of Secure Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) physical security and communication security (COMSEC) requirements

-Knowledge of DoD Manual 5205.07 and DoD SAP Security Manual Volumes 1-4

-Ability to travel as required by the mission for <10% of the time

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

-BA or BS degree
