Web Design and Knowledge Management Analyst

Key Role:

Provide IT and web design support to ensure that the servers, web pages, databases, and all relative applications are functional and accessible on both internal and external websites. Maintain all platforms with the most current information to be provided to the customers. Develop dynamic web pages, create database driven web content, monitor system performance, resolve problems, and advise customers and web page developers. Ensure data quality, accessibility, and security. Advise on website as well as technical matters relating to the planning, design, development, implementation, operation, and management of internet-like dissemination activities. Support a multi-specialty workgroup of application developers, data engineers, network specialists, and others involved in the planning, design, implementation, and maintenance of government websites or portals.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience with web design management, including Share Point, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, JavaScript, and HTML or CSS

  • Experience with supporting military and DoD programs

  • TS/SCI clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with DoD intelligence systems, application, and cycle

  • Experience with knowledge management principles and procedures, search engine optimization, content management system, cloud computing framework, Elastic Search, web design, and web-based applications

  • Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
