Web Designer and SharePoint Developer

Key Role:

Provide IT and web design support to ensure that the servers, web pages, databases, and related applications are functional and accessible on both internal and external websites and configured to provide customers with current information. Develop dynamic web pages, creating database driven web content, monitoring system performance, resolving problems, advising customers and web page developers, and ensuring data quality, accessibility, and security. Advise on website and technical matters relating to planning, design, development, implementation, operation, and management of Internet-like dissemination activities. Support a multi-specialty workgroup of application developers, data engineers, network specialists, and others involved in the planning, design, implementation, and maintenance of Government websites or portals.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in web design and management, including Share Point, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, JavaScript, HTML or CSS

  • Experience with supporting military and DoD programs

  • TS/SCI clearance

  • BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with DoD intelligence systems, application, and cycle

  • Experience with knowledge management principles and procedures, search engine optimization, content management system, cloud computing framework, Elastic Search, web design, and web-based applications

  • Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
