Key Role:

Conduct analysis ranging from requirements, associated costs, feasibility, trade-offs comparisons, and special studies in support of Joint Command and Control technical research, assessments of emerging programs and technology conceptual designs. Provide technical support and recommendations to allow top-line growth or zero-sum funding realignment. Assess the sufficiency of funds in each budget for development of Joint All Domain Command Control (JADC2) and C2 capabilities.

Basic Qualifications:

• 4 years of experience with Systems Engineering
• Knowledge of requirements analysis and processes
• Knowledge of Program and Budget Review (PBR)
• Ability to attend forums and working groups and orchestrates strategic Joint Staff decision-making
• TS/SCI clearance
• BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience in the Joint Staff
• Knowledge of Joint Command and Control
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Ability to manage Plan of Action & Milestones (POA&M).
• BS degree in Systems Engineering
