Military Logistics Operations Plans Analyst, Mid

Key Role:

Support exercise, contingency, and OPLAN requirements for our clients. Analyze, make recommendations to, and facilitate client submissions, presentations, and other deliverable's for WHNS program coordinator. Work with the team in training and identifying capabilities that will support client requirements. Provide WHNS classes and or guidance, provide oversight of submissions, and track the status and make recommendations client and team. Attend all conferences and represent client interests at meetings, provide routine SES-level reports on the issues, impacts, and challenges associated with changes to respective plans. Coordinate the interdepartmental development of program plans. Monitor and report performance against plans to ensure contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met and arrange modifications, as required.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10 years of experience with operation-logistics planning supporting the DoD
  • 3 years of experience with using logistic enabling programs
  • 3 years of experience with Logistics Automated Information Systems
  • Knowledge of USINDOPACOM locations, plans, exercises, and operations
  • Knowledge of classes of supplies and supply chain distribution
  • Ability to identify and develop requirements that will bridge client capability in support of contingencies and OPLAN requirements
  • Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with Host Nation, GCSS-MC, TFSMS, or CLC2S
  • BA or BS degree
