Resource and Readiness Analyst, Mid

Key Role:

Provide resource and readiness analysis to the client. Evaluate and determine cost benefit ratio of all exercises for the group, using reporting systems and evaluating exercise budgets and training and readiness value, based on mission essential tasks and training and readiness requirements. Assist the client with preparing, coordinating, and executing bi-annual certifications and provide analysis of staff section using Joint Training Information Management System. Synthesize and input major exercise training objectives, provide analysis, and advise the client on the completeness and applicability of Joint Task Force Headquarters required products, including Joint Manning Document, Joint Training Plan, and Joint Mission Essential Equipment List. Synthesize training, maintenance, supply, and manpower readiness and provide analysis on Operational Plan readiness. Coordinate with various stakeholders in the region to conduct analysis to derive the impact of training, maintenance, supply, and manpower readiness levels.

Basic Qualifications:

-3 years of experience with the planning process using Joint Exercise Life Cycle or Marine Corps Planning Process

-Ability to use Defense Readiness Reporting System-Marine Corps and Joint Training Information Management System for analysis for readiness requirements in Operational Plans

-Ability to establish and develop a network of relationships, participate in operational planning teams effectively to solve problems, organize and set priorities, develop plan of action and milestones, monitor progress towards goals, and track details, data, information, and activities

-Ability to communicate data derived from financial, training, maintenance, supply, and manpower readiness tools through oral and visual means

-Secret clearance

-HS diploma or GED
