Training and Exercise Employment Plan Analyst, Mid

Key Role:

Provide subject matter expertise and strategic analysis and planning for the annual training and exercise and employment plan-related fiscal issues. Determine impacts and readiness indicators and coordinate objectives and goals to achieve a high state of training readiness. Assist with developing, coordinating, and monitoring the execution of plans in accordance with the client's guidance. Advise, assist, and analyze ongoing training objectives. Assist with developing, updating, coordinating, and publishing the training plans in accordance with established deadlines. Provide advice and assistance in support of integration efforts and coordinate tasks with stakeholders. Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures to ensure adherence to applicable orders and references and incorporate procedural guidance and direction of the client's directorate.

Basic Qualifications:

-5 years of experience with working on exercise planning, execution, and supervision at the Marine Expeditionary Force of Major Subordinate Command level

-Experience in the Pacific Combatant Command Area of Responsibility

-Experience with Marine Corps Operating Concept and Naval Integration

-Knowledge of word processing, simple accounting, data management, spreadsheets, e-mail, and internet usage

-Secret clearance

-HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

-TS/SCI clearance

-BA or BS degree
