Threat Trainer, Mid

Key Role:

Develop and deliver a variety of training programs to live and virtual audiences for existing and emerging threats, including counter threat and force protection, defeating threat devices, network analysis, and electronic warfare. Maintain currency on tactics, techniques, and procedures for existing and emerging threats. Coordinate with clients to improve training facilities and employ existing and new equipment and training devices into exercises. Work independently with some guidance and review or guide the activities of more junior employees. 

Basic Qualifications:

-10+ years of experience with the US military

-2+ years of experience with operating in a C-IED environment

-Experience with training multinational partner nations

-Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree and 6 years of experience with threat training, MA or MS degree and 3 years of experience with threat training, or 10 years of experience with threat training in lieu of a degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with military live, virtual, constructive, and gaming (LVC-G) training methods and procedures

-Experience with Mounted and Dismounted route clearance

-Experience with biometrics preferred

-Experience with a Combat Training Center preferred

-Experience with curriculum development preferred

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

Clearance:
